Pre-Registration / Screening
- Send your CV to us at jobs@yellowcatrecruitment.co.uk
- One of our dedicated permanent consultants will evaluate your CV
- If you have the relevant skills & experience for one of our jobs, a consultant will call you for a telephone interview and if successful you will be invited in to register with us at our offices – you’ll be sent a confirmation email detailing what you’ll need to bring
- If we feel you don’t have the suitable skills or experience, your CV will be kept on file for future job opportunities
Registering at Yellow Cat HQ
- Upon arrival you will be required to complete our registration forms
- You will then be interviewed and asked some MetaProgramming questions enabling us to acquire a better understanding of your character, your motivations and your ambition. There may also be a skills assessment test on various software packages
- You will be offered CV advice and given interview tips & techniques during the interview to help you prepare for the real thing
- Once you finish your interview you become a fully registered Yellow Cat candidate
