If you match what our client is looking for, we will give you a call to conduct a telephone interview to determine your credentials. If we believe you are suitable for the role, you will be invited in to register at our offices.
Upon registering, you will meet with one of our dedicated consultants to talk through your past experiences and aspirations for the future. As well as competency and scenario based questions you will be asked some NLP meta-programming questions, which help us to better understand your character, motivations and ambitions. You will also be tested on any software that is relevant to the role. Additionally you will be offered CV advice, given top interview tips and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Once the registration process is complete and we have both established that we are happy to proceed, we will send your CV and profile over to our client. We will keep you fully updated with the progress of your application and try our utmost to secure you an interview.
