Head of Recruitment, Om, joined Yellow Cat in January 2008, after graduating with an Economics degree. Having started as a temp himself, Om has a ‘unique perspective’. This is one of the reasons for his popularity with his candidates. Having been in the same position, Om’s empathy and ability to give confidence building advice, has led to him to become an award nominated recruiter.
Om’s drive and passion for recruitment, as well as his ability to get the most out of his candidates, has led to much praise and professional success. Having won the Top Cat prize, Om’s obvious potential saw him promoted to Head of the Temporary Division and again to Head of Recruitment. His quick thinking personality and endless motivation continues to mean that he is always ready for the next booking.
Om has worked with a wide variety of companies and built up a solid client and candidate base, successfully placing a large number of temporary secretarial support, finance and media positions. A former Client Sales Manager he ensures that he always delivers a reliable service on time and to the client’s needs. Renowned for his friendly nature and sense of humour, Om is passionate about his work and really cares about each and every one of his client and candidates.
As well as being an avid Arsenal fan, Om is a keen sportsman, regularly trying his hand at Cricket, Golf and Snooker.
