Jonny is the founder of Yellow Cat Recruitment, starting the business in February 2006. His passion and dedication to delivering successful recruitment solutions to clients throughout the capital has helped the business grow into one of London’s top recruitment agencies.
Jonny has developed a dynamic and winning team that now service some of London’s most prestigious and well-established companies. With over 5 years of recruitment and management experience he understands the importance of employing the right person for the job.
Testament to his determination and success, Jonny was added to the elite list of “Who’s Who of Britain’s Youngest Directors 2009” and was shortlisted for Real Business’s “Young Guns 2009″ awards.
Heading the Permanent Division, Jonny intuitively knows when a candidate is right for his clients’ roles and is dedicated to keeping both his clients and candidates happy all the time. As recruitment is continually evolving, Jonny uses innovative recruitment methods including NLP meta-programming, to ensure that Yellow Cat is leading the way in new and ground-breaking methods of finding the perfect candidate.
Jonny is a leading spokesperson for the Recruitment industry and has appeared in the Metro, The Daily Mail, The Daily Express and popular recruitment magazines such as The Recruiter and Recruitment International. He is also a regular columnist on leading recruitment e-zine Recruitmenttoday.net.
Out of the office, Jonny is a huge sports fanatic. He loves going to music and comedy gigs and is a massive fan of fancy dress parties (Luigi being his favourite costume).
Personal achievements: Ran the Paris Marathon; Won a TV gameshow; Abseiled down Centre Point Tower in central London.
