Before joining Yellow Cat Recruitment I worked for 3 years within the bustling Post Production industry in Soho. After graduating, I moved to London with the aim of becoming a runner and before I knew it I was making tea and running errands for the largest independent post house in the city.
Although I had an interest in becoming an editor I found myself getting more involved in the personnel and training side of things and was quickly put in charge of the running team. This included interviewing and recruiting runners for four separate buildings which I really enjoyed. Occasionally we would find ourselves short staffed and this is where Yellow Cat Recruitment came in. I had previously used a number of agencies but none had the speed and quality of service I received from the Yellow Cat team. Their runners were friendly, proactive and knowledgeable and were available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In time I realised that recruitment was an area I was destined to work in and with my experience and passion for the media industry as well as the close relationship I had built up with the Yellow Cat team I knew that Charlotte Street was the place to be.
