Who do you work for and what is your title?
I work at the Head Office of Monsoon Accessorize as a Customer Services.
Can you describe what you do on a day to day basis?
Each day I deal with customer queries and problems, this can be via telephone, e-mail or post. These problems can range from incidents in store or with the garments or products purchased. I also have to liaise with store managers and staff to ensure that the correct procedures used to deal with these complaints are carried out. I must then log this all on a database to ensure that there is a record of each call, letter or e-mail received.
My job role requires a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to customer care, along with the ability to make a fair judgement regarding the issue or situation.

I heard about the job through Yellow Cat Recruitment who I have been temping with for three years now. The Yellow Cat team were recommended to me by a friend and since then I have recommended many of my own friends to join them too!
