How does this compare to Executive and Onsite?
- Your single recruitment point of contact would be working from our offices, unlike Onsite where your contact works with you at your offices for a certain number of days a week.
- Classic search differs from Executive as we use an advertisement and contact-outreach approach, rather than a pure tailored, head-hunt method. Although Classic, Onsite and Executive all use our extensive network to locate exemplary
candidates. - Classic search is funded using a post on-boarding payment which differs from Executive,
which is an upfront part payment.
How does it work?
- We would discuss the job description, then a wider discussion regarding the culture of the organisation, the long-term view of the role and any line reports. This informs the start of the search.
- Adverts are placed and messages through socials, and contact outreach commences.
- As interviews commence, we are here to support the process throughout, acting as intermediary with the candidates and helping with settling in during the
probationary period.
