Our client is a reputable experiential marketing agency looking to recruit a Senior Staffing/ Account Executive on a full time permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
Personal Responsibilities:
Receipt & allocation of staff briefs from Account Management team
Client liaison, quoting, booking, briefing, evaluation and invoicing
Recruitment of promotional staff (one-on-one, group sessions & at industry recruitment events)
Representation of promotional staff / Agencies department in client meetings / training sessions etc.
Management Responsibilities:
Joint management of department assistant & any freelance staff
Joint responsibility for staff across all live projects
Development of Staff Proposition:
Strive for the continuous improvement of processes, staff calibre, service provided (via staff)
Monitor staff performance out in the field, core staff appraisals, database cleansing
Oversee in-house & independent mystery shopper service
Post campaign de-brief sessions with A/Ms
Involvement in Event Management Course
Input into Staff new business initiatives
Maintenance of Staff section of company website
Reporting Into:
On day to day responsibilities - Senior Staffing Manager (Line Manager)
On department / Agency responsibilities - Company Staff Account Director
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience within a staffing role and recruitment selection for experiential campaigns. You will be involved in all aspects of booking staff, from selection and interviewing to booking staffing and dealing with relevant documentation and paperwork
