Senior Planner - Marketing Leading Specialist Creative Agency - London
Yellow Cat are looking for a relentlessly curious Senior Planner who is fascinated by people and what makes them tick.
Our Client are at the very top of their specialism and due to a recent large client win they are currently recruiting for an ambitious Senior Planner who already has one eye on becoming a Planning Director. Experience working with FMCG / Retail clients is also essential.
Key Senior Planner skills:
* The rare ability of making the complex simple
* Skilled at translating insights into elegant strategies and inspiring creative briefs
* Comfortable working as part of multi-agency loop teams
* An exceptional thinker, able to articulate ideas in front of senior clients, creative teams and agency partners alike
* A strong understanding of research but more importantly knows how to translate data into actionable insight
* Inspire the creative teams to create breakthrough and award winning work that transforms client's business
* Ability to carry out ethnographic research to unearth genuine insights about how people act
* Mine secondary research, trends and latest thinking in diverse fields such as behavioural economics and retail strategy to develop new ways of thinking
Essential Experience:
6+ years planning experience in a creative agency, including a substantial amount of Retail / FMCG work.
Proven track record of mentoring junior and mid-weight planners.
